Why FeelBohemian.com?

We thought it was a great name. There's a terrific background to being bohemian, a kind of artsy, writer-in-Greenwich Village, devil may care aspect to the word. Besides, we are in Bohemia, the western part of the country is Bohemia, the eastern part Moravia.

When you buy one of our products, we want you to feel Bohemian.

What happens if I don't like what I get?

That's a question most Internet companies tippy-toe around. We're pretty sure that if you like the photo, you're going to love the product, because crystal is tough to photograph and always looks better in the light.

But the fact is that we're building our small business on the premise that every customer has to be happy. Return it. We'll credit your Master Card, Visa or whatever.

What if it's broken?

If you or your kids break it while unpacking, you should be more careful. If it's broken in shipment, let us know and we'll arrange replacement. Be particularly careful when you unpack your crystal---we have been very careful to ship it in protective packaging but, in your eagerness to see what you bought, it's possible to break a glass and we're hardly responsible for that. The protective packaging should be unwrapped very carefully, not torn or ripped. Take your time!

If something's broken, take a picture of both the broken glass and the packaging---send it to us by e-mail or snail-mail and we'll get right on it.

What if it never arrives?

That's more a shipping question than guarantee, but if it's lost and we can't trace it we'll refund your money. That's one of the reasons we use Czech Postal air mail, because they provide track the shipment to your door.

How do you refund?

The same way you pay. We credit whatever credit card you used in the full amount of the purchase. It usually takes a couple weeks for everything to show up on your credit card statement and that's after we get the returned goods back. Could be a month.
