Possible, not likely. People do order in the middle of what is our night and our quantities are limited, so it could happen.

If it happened, we'd first find out if we can get it for you. If not, you get a super-apologetic e-mail from us giving you options. Refund the money is the obvious choice and we do that ASAP.

CCNow, our credit card company confirms the transaction by e-mail. We confirm again when it's been shipped. Confirmation is done by a real person (us), so it's not merely an automated computer message.

Why did you choose Czech Postal air mail?

First because we've had a good experience with them in the past. Second and perhaps even more important, they have the most reasonable prices for small e-businesses like ours. Third, services such as DHL and UPS are just not cost effective from this country. Air mail generally has our product in your hands in five to seven days and we think that's pretty good.
