We are very particular about our choice of suppliers and simply don't deal with companies which produce machine made crystal, even if the particular item was fully handmade.

Our producers share our passion for high quality hand made crystal, family studios or small factories and deal with us one-on-one. Inventive designs and traditional quality are a matter of pride for them and a delight for the rest of us.

No drop shipping here! All product is in our storage, ready to be shipped. Occasionally, some items may not be available. If this happens, we visibly post it no our website and CCNow will also announce it before you order.

Air shipment is handled for us by Czech Postal air mail. Each item is carefully repacked for shipment. See more about Shipping here.
