Shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of your shipment and included in the total Shopping Cart sum during ordering.

Besides confirmation from our credit card processing company, CCNow, you always get a confirming e-mail from us after receiving your order, another when your order has been shipped.

Air shipment is handled for us by Czech Postal air mail. Each item is carefully repacked for shipment.

Given the several processes involved, including various customs clearances, you should expect your order to arrive five to seven business days after shipment. Bear in mind that, since Sept 11th, customs and baggage checks are erratic and occasionally hold up normal shipping routines. No one really knows the effect of that, but if your order is ten or more days past our shipping e-mail date, let us know and we'll chase it down.

Import duties and taxes (if any) are your responsibility. Shipping internationally as we do, it's impossible to be aware of the various import duty and tax regulations of every country.

Package will be delivered to your door and will require signature upon delivery. Shipper needs your phone number to arrange delivery time if needed.

When your package arrives, we know you're eager to see it---but our experience shows that most breakage occurs during unpacking. Please take as much care unpacking as we have taken to package it for you.
